"Awesome support from the team"
Awesome support from the team, super friendly folks. The only hiccup was the extra VAT (Import duty) and shipping fees that showed up on a different bill from UPS, instead of being included in the Invoice for the items, which is what I usually anticipate.

The woman on the phone was super helpful. I wasn't sure from the website if the item was available or not. It would’ve been way simpler to place my order over the phone while chatting with her instead of having to navigate back to the website.

"Heads up: Duty fees on shipped items..."
Just a heads up, you gotta pay duty on stuff sent to the U.K., and that’s on top of the price you see. Plus, they take longer to get to you than what’s mentioned on the site.

We got 3 sets of snow chains for our vans that were headed to Scandinavia for work on short notice. The ordering was straightforward and the delivery came in just a few days. Top-notch service, will surely use again!

"Size guide issues for my vehicle."
The guide on the snowchainstore site indicated that the chains I picked weren't a match for my 2020 Ford Kuga, but the manufacturer's website, Pewag, said they were a good fit! I called up snowchainstore to ask about this, but the person I spoke to just pointed me back to their guide and didn’t seem to get it. In the end, I went ahead and purchased the chains, and they showed up in just a few days from Holland. They fit like a glove!

"Great item at a fair price"
Great item at a fair price, but I ran into an issue with the delivery. I chose to pick it up from the store, but the DPD courier on the delivery day mentioned they couldn't drop it off at the store. So, I had to make sure I was around to get it.
